Visit the App Store and download the Wellness Living Achieve App, for quick and easy access to our booking system from your smartphone/tablet.

Email, SMS & Website Notifications

Email, SMS and Website Notifications are our primary form of communication, so please ensure all the boxes are ticked in the Notifications area of your WellnessLiving account, so you don’t miss important information about your classes and membership.

Do I need to book?

Bookings are always recommended to avoid disappointment (particularly when the studio is required to operate at limited capacity to comply with Covid guidelines) but walk-ins are welcome too.

How do I book a class?

On our website, view the timetable page and find the class you wish to book. Once you click the BOOK button, you'll be directed to create or login to your WellnessLiving Account, where you can purchase a new pass or use an existing pass. We recommend downloading the free 'WellnessLiving Achieve' App on your phone or tablet as a quick and easy way to manage your class bookings

How do I cancel a class?

As a courtesy to students and teachers, please cancel your class if you are no longer able to attend.

To cancel a class via the WellnessLiving website:

 - Log in to wellnessliving.com

 - Scroll to bottom of the homepage and click the red 'cancel' button

To cancel a class via the app:

 - Tap 'My Schedule'

 - Tap the 3 dots next to the class you wish to cancel

 - Press 'Cancel'

Classes can be cancelled via the WellnessLiving website or from within the app. Please note that we do not accept cancellations over the phone, email or social media.

What happens if a class is full?

Classes showing WAITLIST are currently full but give you the option to waitlist in case of a cancellation.  You will receive a text and email notification when a place opens up from which time you will have 1hr to confirm/cancel your booking.

Is the studio Covid safe?

Rest assured, we are always following, and complying with, the most current Covid-19 guidelines provided by the government health authorities.  Please click HERE for further information on how we can keep the studio a safe and healthy place for everyone to enjoy.

What do I need to know before I arrive at the studio?

Try and arrive 10-15mins before class to allow time to find a park (it can get busy!), put your things away (remember to turn off your phone) and get yourself settled.  Please ensure you're properly hydrated and ideally refrain from eating anything heavy for at least 2hrs prior to class.

What classes do you offer?

Please read the Styles page for information on the variety of classes on offer.  If you’re still unsure what class may be right for you, please contact us to have a chat.

Can I come if I've never practiced yoga before?

Absolutely! All classes are suitable for all levels of (in)experience – it really doesn’t matter if you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Remember that everyone in the room was a beginner at some point!

Can I come if I can't touch my toes?

We love the saying ‘Yoga isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down’. It’s a common misconception that you need to be flexible to do yoga and we’re here to debunk that!  Teachers will offer variations to suit all body types, over time building strength and improving flexibility.

Can I practice if I have had/have an injury?

We highly recommend first seeking professional medical advice to ensure you’re ok to practice.  You’ll then just need to let the teacher know so they can offer you appropriate adjustments and modifications to suit your needs.

Can I practice if I'm pregnant?

Please check with your medical practitioner first to ensure you’re ok to practice.  Then let the teacher know where you’re at in your pregnancy so they can offer modifications to suit your needs.

Am I too young or too old to practice yoga?

You are never too old to practice yoga!  To protect young bodies that are still developing and growing you must be at least 16 years of age to practice FLOW and YIN classes, however younger students are welcome to attend the BODY & MIND and YOGA NIDRA classes as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

How long are the classes?

All classes are 60mins except for Yoga Nidra which is 45mins long.

What do I wear?

Wear light, comfortable, activewear that you are able to stretch and move in.  To avoid slipping, please don’t wear socks.

What do I have to bring with me?

All you need is a drink bottle and towel (can also be hired). Mats and props are available for you to borrow.  Please note that if you are borrowing a bolster, you must either bring or hire a towel.

What facilities does the studio have?

Aside from the beautiful, purpose built studio, there are bathrooms, changing areas and a shower - perfect for those wanting to squeeze in a practice before or during work.

Is there parking?

There is plenty of street parking in the area and limited bays available in front of the studio.  Ferntree Gully train station and various bus stops are all located within walking distance.

How do I get started?

We recommend purchasing an Intro Pass, this is a great value way to check out the different teachers and class styles.  All purchases can be made here, or just come into the studio when you’re ready to practice and we’ll set you up.
