Since opening in October 2018, Hark Yoga has welcomed students of all backgrounds, ages and abilities keen to begin or progress their yoga journey.
Karmen believes Yoga is a holistic lifestyle that extends beyond the mat. The mindfulness cultivated in class allows us to deepen our connection to the higher self. Yoga can feel different on the mat each day. Come in with an open mind; without expectations, and most importantly have fun along the way!
Phil encourages his students to unravel, discover and connect to their true essence through asana and contemplation believing yoga can be the path 'home'.
