Come in without any expectation to look or feel a certain way. Yoga is experienced differently by everyone. Embrace that, your practice is yours. Whatever emotions come up on your mat are ok. Most importantly, enjoy the journey and remember to breathe.

I always share with friends and fellow yogis that the practice of Yoga is not easy.  Your mat knows exactly how you are feeling, from the moment you roll it out...it senses you energetically. Yoga is truly accepting...no judgements!
