What is involved?
Learn the Tadasana alignment and how to use this in every yoga pose.
Break down asana (physical postures), discuss individual and functional alignment.
Practice and play with postures to find the approach that works best for your body.
Opportunities to ask questions and discuss experiences from your own practice.

Great for beginners or as a refresher for seasoned yogis. All levels welcome!

An immersive and interactive sound meditation workshop designed to relax the body, calm the mind and lift the spirit. Includes short guided meditations, a long sound journey and fully guided group toning. Your live soundscape includes Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowl, chimes, native drumsh handpan and multi-layered vocals.
Katie Underwood worked as a professional musician and recording artist for over 20 years. She now combines her skilled musicianship with a passion for healing to deliver a powerful session of guided meditation, healing sounds and vocal toning.
Over the last 5 years she has helped thousands of people access deeper states of relaxation and connection in her sound meditation events using her unique blend of soothing live music, sublime vocals and group toning circles.
Katie has 2 albums of meditation music - 'Madrigal' and 'Journey to Mantra'. Both are available on ITunes, Spotify, Apple Music and CD.
