Styles

All classes are suitable for all levels of (in)experience.

Classes are 60mins long, except for Yoga Nidra which is 45mins long.

FLOW

An energetic and dynamic vinyasa style class focussed on breath guided movements.  

FLOW & YIN

Begin class with flowing, active postures and flow and finish with a gentle, release and relaxation practice.

YOGA NIDRA

Also known as 'yogic sleep', this is a deeply relaxing meditation technique where you are guided in to a state of consciousness that exists between waking and sleeping to relieve tension, anxiety and associated physical symptoms. 

HOT FLOW

Linking breath with movement, we turn up the heat (28-32 degrees) for a more challenging practice focusing on mobility and stability to strengthen and detoxify.

YIN

Offering myofascial release and relaxation through a series of long passive holds. Turn your awareness inward as you focus on targeting certain areas of the body to release tension and promote overall health and flexibility.   

PRIVATE CLASSES

A one-on-one lesson, tailored to meet your needs, to help build confidence with the yoga basics or take your practice to the next level​.

SLOW FLOW

A slower paced vinyasa practice designed to cultivate strength, taking time to explore each posture through mindful movements and conscious breath.

BODY & MIND

An opportunity to reconnect with stillness and find a more balanced way of being, this class offers gentle movements, pranayama (breath) and meditation practices to help relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.
